A freezer failure can mean the loss of hundreds of dollars in food — and it often happens at the worst possible time. Our technicians respond quickly to freezer emergencies, with same-day service available throughout Naples and the surrounding areas.
We service the full range of luxury freezer configurations: upright column freezers, chest freezers, drawer freezers, and built-in under-counter units. Sub-Zero's iconic column freezers, Liebherr's BluPerformance chest freezers, and Thermador's Freedom column refrigeration all require specialized OEM parts and certified technicians.
Freezer issues are often deceptively complex. A freezer that's running but not freezing properly may have a defrost system failure, a refrigerant issue, a faulty evaporator fan, or a thermostat problem — all of which present with similar symptoms but require very different repairs.
We use calibrated diagnostic equipment to quickly identify the root cause, ensuring you get an accurate repair the first time — not a series of expensive guesses.
