Fisher & Paykel is New Zealand's contribution to luxury appliance design — a brand that approaches familiar problems from unexpected angles. The DishDrawer dishwasher — a stackable, drawer-format dishwasher that changed how people think about dishwasher placement — is perhaps the best example of this innovation. The ActiveSmart refrigerator system, which models the behavior of a smart refrigerator to minimize compressor cycling and maximize efficiency, is another.
Fisher & Paykel's willingness to be different means their appliances sometimes require different service approaches. The DishDrawer's unique drawer mechanism, water delivery system, and racking configuration require technicians who have specifically trained on this product. The SmartDrive washing machine uses a motor-driven drum without belts or gears, which is more reliable but requires specialist knowledge to service.
As Fisher & Paykel has grown under the ownership of Haier and its DCS brand has expanded, their product range has become broader and more complex. We service the complete Fisher & Paykel lineup in Southwest Florida, including DishDrawers, washing machines and dryers, refrigerators and freezers, ranges and cooktops, and wall ovens.
For Naples homeowners with Fisher & Paykel appliances, we offer the same-day service and certified expertise you need to get these distinctive appliances performing at their best again.
