North Naples encompasses the northern portions of Collier County, extending from Vanderbilt Beach Road north through Immokalee Road and beyond. This area includes some of Naples's most established luxury communities alongside more recently developed master-planned neighborhoods.
Pelican Bay — one of Naples's premier resort communities — anchors North Naples with its beachfront high-rises, mid-rise condominiums, and single-family neighborhoods. The luxury appliances in Pelican Bay's residences — across thousands of units from The Strand to Montenero — represent a significant concentration of premium brand ownership.
The communities along Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee Road — Bay Colony, Pelican Marsh, Tiburon, and Livingston Road communities — house luxury homes with sophisticated kitchen appliances that require specialist service. We serve all of these communities with the expertise and efficiency our North Naples clients expect.
Many North Naples residents divide their time between Naples and northern homes, making seasonal service particularly important. We offer pre-season appliance checks — before the season rush — to identify any issues that developed during the summer months before guests and family arrive.
North Naples is among our most active service areas, and we maintain dedicated scheduling capacity for this region to ensure prompt response times throughout the community.
