We built this company for a specific purpose.

When you own a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range, or a Miele dishwasher, you discover very quickly that most appliance repair companies aren't equipped to service them. They either decline the call, or they show up without the right training and make things worse.

Naples Appliance Repair was founded on a simple premise: the people who own the finest appliances in Southwest Florida deserve service that matches the quality of those appliances. We built a company around that commitment.

Our technicians complete factory certification programs from the brands we service. This isn't optional for us — it's the foundation of what we do. When our technician arrives at your home in Port Royal or your condominium in Pelican Bay, they have spent weeks in factory training rooms understanding how your specific appliance was designed, how it fails, and how to repair it correctly.

How we operate differently

We carry OEM parts — original equipment manufacturer parts, made by the brand, made for your appliance. When we replace a compressor in your Sub-Zero, it's a Sub-Zero compressor. When we replace a control board in your Miele, it's a Miele board. We don't substitute aftermarket components to save money, because the short-term savings creates long-term problems.

We arrive on time. We wear uniforms. We protect your floors and countertops. We explain what we found and what we're doing before we do it. And when the job is done, we leave your kitchen exactly as we found it — clean, functional, and performing as it should.

Certifications and coverage

We hold factory certifications from Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, and several other luxury brands. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida, and we carry the specific insurance coverage required for in-home appliance service.

We serve all of Collier County — including Naples, North Naples, Marco Island, Everglades City — and select Lee County communities including Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers Beach. For most of our Naples service area, we can offer same-day scheduling. For Marco Island and Lee County locations, we typically schedule the next business day.
